Youree Call Center Customer Service Representative

Call Center Customer Service RepresentativeFSNB is currently hiring full time Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our new Call Center in Shreveport, LA. We are a full-service bank which has been family owned and operated for over 75 years.Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely mannerIdentify customers' needs and wants, do your best to clarify informationResearch every issue and provide solutions to themRecognize opportunities to upsell our products and servicesFollow our company's communication "scripts"Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayFollow our customer engagement strategyMeet acceptable standards for attendance and punctualityCustomer Service Representative Requirements:Customer service experience is a plusMust have a high school degree or equivalentMust be computer literateMust be able to sit for long periods of time, have hand dexterity, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 poundsBe open to taking on additional tasks during course of employment.Portray a positive company imageMust be able to work a rotating schedule Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.Skills and Attributes:Excellent verbal communication skillsOpen-minded to learning and taking on new tasks and conceptsCooperative with co-workers and supervisorsTyping skillsBenefits:Paid VacationPaid Personal LeaveMedical/Dental Insurance401(k)Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramSupplemental InsurancePaid Death BenefitAbout FSNB:Serving over 75+ yearsFamily owned and managedServing Shreveport for 10+ yearsOpening a new call center in ShreveportPromotes from within the companyMilitary and military family friendly FSNB
