Scheduler- Oncology Scheduling
Schedule and confirm appointments using computerized scheduling system. Work directly with physicians and patients to coordinate treatment plans. Prioritize work and practice good time management with very little supervision. This position may require occasional travel to clinics outside of Thomasville.
Experience/Education: High School Diploma or GED. Medical Terminology and Secretarial experience preferred. Must demonstrate expertise in telephone skills, effective written and oral communication and records management. 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
