Landscape Designer / Sales Estimator Dakota / Scott County, MN Total Turf Maintenance is hiring a Landscape Designer / Sales Estimator to help design, price, and sell residential and commercial landscape projects. This is a client-facing role where you will meet with customers, create designs, build estimates, and help close work. If you understand how landscape projects are built and can communicate clearly with clients, this is a strong opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding. Pay $60,000 – $85,000 based on experience + performance-based earnings Opportunity to increase earnings based on sales performance and project success Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss landscape projects and site conditions Create landscape designs and layouts based on customer needs and budget Build accurate estimates and proposals using company systems Present designs and pricing to clients Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales Develop clear scopes of work for production teams Coordinate project handoff to operations (design, materials, expectations) Track opportunities and maintain organized project information Qualifications Experience in landscape design, estimating, or landscape sales Knowledge of plants, materials, and installation practices Strong communication and customer interaction skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized Valid driver’s license Preferred (Not Required) Experience with design software (LMN, CAD, or similar) Background in landscape construction or field work About Total Turf Maintenance Total Turf Maintenance is a growing company providing landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and snow services throughout the south metro.
