Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Bristol, CT
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight across the country. We offer strong mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity), and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Our Offerings:
- Access to a modern fleet of over 500 trucks, equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
- Payment for every haul, whether tarp is required or not.
- Regular home time to maintain personal commitments.

If you possess a Class A CDL and have at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD for a career that emphasizes safety and driver well-being.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
