Staff-Up is currently seeking Box Truck Driver in Midlothian, Texas.
Monday through Friday - 6am to Until Done
Pay Rate: $25
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Truck Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in on-time deliveries, excellent customer service, and well-maintained equipment. You will be responsible for delivering refrigerated products to grocery stores while ensuring cargo integrity, compliance, and efficiency at every stop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 26 ft refrigerated box truck for scheduled deliveries.
- Deliver products to grocery store locations accurately and on time.
- Load and unload products while maintaining cargo quality.
- Complete delivery paperwork and documentation per company policy.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Update delivery status in real time using company systems.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Must Adhere to federal safety regulations set by the FMCSA and Department of Transportation (DOT).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum 6-7 experience in delivery driving, trucking, or related field.
- Clean driving record (required).
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused in traffic or high-pressure situations.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items and performing loading/unloading tasks.
- Friendly, soft-spoken, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong time-management and deadline-driven mindset.
- Must successfully pass a drug test.
- ·Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Home Time & Travel
- 2-3 days of out-station travel per week depending on business need.
