The Greeter and Busser plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring the dining area is clean and well-organized. This position involves balancing customer interaction with support tasks to help maintain smooth restaurant operations. The role typically involves shifts of 6 to 10+ hours and requires working regularly on weekends and holidays, collaborating within a large team of 15 or more members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Set tables and arrange dining areas before service.
• Clear and clean tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining and service areas.
• Assist servers with food delivery and guest needs as required.
• Manage the waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
• Engage with customers courteously to enhance their experience.
• Support team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Food handler's certification is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
