Locum Hem/Onc Provider Opportunity

Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a locum Hem/Onc provider to start covering as soon as credentialed. Schedule: 3 clinic days (M-F) 8:00-4:30, some weekends and night call (infrequent). Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic. Reason for coverage: LOA. Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10. Adults/Geriatric 80% Hem 20% Onc *no internal Med. 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs. 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for outpatient. Level I Trauma. EMR: Epic. Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer accepted. Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.

Submission Requirements: Board Certified - Required. CT license - Required (will not accept IMLC right now). Local, no flights - Highly Preferred.

Certification Requirements: Board Certified.

State License Requirements: Connecticut.
