Bartender

You’ll prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. The ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately according to Pickle N Pins recipes and standards. Deliver outstanding guest service—engaging with guests, taking orders, and anticipating their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, counters, and equipment. Check identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements. Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety. Assist with restocking supplies, inventory counts, and end-of-shift cleaning duties. Collaborate with servers, bar backs, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
