Senior Project Manager This well known, and highly reputable general contractor is local to Miami, FL. They are involved in high end, large commercial construction with a significant backlog of projects. With their strong pipeline of work they are seeking a Sr. PM that will join the team for this and further upcoming work in the Miami area. Job Description Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project execution. Prepare and review estimates, bids, scopes, and takeoffs for commercial projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to accurately assess project costs. Support subcontractor procurement, bid leveling, and vendor selection. Monitor project progress, costs, documentation, and field performance. Identify risks, provide proactive solutions, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Uphold safety standards, quality expectations, and company values on every project. The Successful Applicant Experience as a Senior Project Manager on large commercial projects. Tilt up & Infrastructure experience. Building envelope and finishes experience. Strong understanding of construction processes, bid packages, trade scopes, and project sequencing. Ability to read architectural and engineering plans. Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills. Proficiency in construction software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred.
