We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Retail Socio-Economic Classification (SEC) to lead software development projects within our retail sector. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize Retail Socio-Economic Classification knowledge to inform project decisions and strategies, enhancing project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Retail Socio-Economic Classification (SEC) and its application in project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail software development.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and customer behavior.
