We are hiring a dependable Rubber Molding Production Operator for a manufacturing facility.

This position is responsible for operating hydraulic presses used in rubber molding production, inspecting finished products, troubleshooting defects, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hydraulic presses during molding production runs
• Load molds, monitor cure times, temperatures, and pressure settings
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy using gauges
• Troubleshoot defects and report issues to supervisors
• Perform trimming, stacking, finishing, and packaging tasks
• Maintain production records and complete paperwork
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
• Move finished products to designated areas

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to work 3rd shift consistently
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or with a team

OTHER

• Shift: 3rdshift 10 am 6:30 am
• Pay rate: $18 minimum
