Marketing Customer Specialist (Spanish & English) – ByteDance MPO Platforms Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site/Hybrid TBC) Position: Marketing Customer Specialist (MPO Platforms) Language Requirements: Native/Fluent Spanish & Fluent English Are you passionate about digital marketing and paid campaigns? We are looking for a Marketing Customer Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, managing and optimizing ByteDance MPO Platforms. What You Will Do Provide strategic support to clients managing paid marketing campaigns on ByteDance platforms. Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize ad performance, and guide users to maximize their ROI. Deliver high-quality customer service in both Spanish and English , ensuring an excellent user experience. Analyze campaign data and offer actionable insights to advertisers. What We Are Looking For Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience in paid campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Languages: Native or C1/C2 level in Spanish + professional fluency in English . Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving shift patterns. Work Schedule & Shifts Initial Phase: 12-hour operational window (Monday to Sunday). You will work a standard 8-hour shift within this hoop: Shift A: 07:00 – 16:00 Shift B: 10:00 – 19:00 Future Phase (TBC by client): Transition to a 24/7 rotative shift pattern (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off per week. What We Offer Base Salary: €920 per month (paid over 14 months ). Attendance Bonus: €40 per month (paid over 11 months ). Location: Work in the vibrant, sunny city of Lisbon.
