Role Overview We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead and support clinical operations during night shifts within a skilled nursing setting. This role offers a consistent overnight schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team performance. Competitive Pay and Schedule Competitive Pay: $35–$50 per hour with credit given for experience. Schedule: Full-time night shift, 7:00pm–7:00am. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents as needed. Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts. Ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Lead resident assessments and support care planning processes. Respond to clinical concerns and urgent situations across the community. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families as needed. Oversee assigned areas of the facility and maintain a safe, efficient environment. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable care environment. Required Qualifications Active RN license required. Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting required. Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities. Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
