Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning in accordance with dietary needs and preferences Support residents during activities and outings within the community to promote social engagement Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to enhance residents’ quality of life Follow all safety protocols including CPR, First Aid, and emergency procedures to ensure resident safety at all times Job Description Document all day-to-day activities and ensure required documentation is completed.
