Employee Benefits Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary contact for employee benefits clients, managing renewals, insurance carrier relationships, and day-to-day service needs while delivering exceptional client support. Responsibilities: Manage a book of employee benefits accounts. Serve as the primary contact for client service and support. Coordinate renewals, carrier negotiations, and benefit plan changes. Assist with open enrollment, employee communications, and claims resolution. Partner with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service. Maintain compliance with applicable employee benefits regulations. Qualifications: Active Life & Health Insurance License in the state of Connecticut. 4+ years of employee benefits account management experience. Knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Experience with agency management and benefits administration systems (Epic and Employee Navigator preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
