WHAT YOU'LL DO

Evaluate the aesthetic quality, readability, and overall polish of digital map designs. Assess user-focused elements like viewport framing, geospatial accuracy, and content relevance. Review personalized location recommendations to ensure relevance and helpfulness. Follow strict project instructions and complete tasks accurately, including tagging specific issues (e.g., Icons not properly masked, Labels too small).

An existing, actively used Gmail account with prior usage history on Google Maps. Participation is limited to maximum three project rounds. Please note that the task request will be dynamic and we will be providing you with a heads-up as soon as possible once there is a project round available for you.

Job Title: Maps Visual Design Relevance Evaluator - English (US) Contract type: Freelance Hourly rate: US$20.30 Language: English (US) Location: Remote Estimated volume: 8 - 10 hours Start date: The project runs on a weekly basis. Eligible candidates will be added to a pool of certified raters and contacted at least 48 hours before kickoff. A desktop or laptop computer is required to complete the application and onboarding process. Mobile devices are not supported.
