Office Custodian

The HR Office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for our client. This position works independently and is responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of offices, restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.

Schedule: Full-time (Evening/Overnight: primarily after office hours)

Pay : $17.00+/hour (based on experience)

Status : The is a temp to hire position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling and replenish supplies.
• Clean and maintain kitchen and break room areas.
• Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns, spills, or safety hazards.
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence in the workplace.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Able to follow instructions and use cleaning equipment safely.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
