• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new team members or students, and uphold strict laboratory quality standards.
• Foster a clean, safe working environment while complying with local regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, alongside thorough ASCP / AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve your ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of starting.
• Ensure your certification remains current throughout the duration of your employment.
