What Your Day Entails:

As our new Tow Truck Operator, you're not just driving a truck - you'll be the hero that shows up when people need help the most. You'll operate one of our company vehicles to assist customers across Louisville and the surrounding areas. Whether it's a breakdown or a wreck, you'll be the first on scene - assessing the situation, making quick fixes when possible, and towing vehicles to approved service stations or destinations. You'll work a full-time schedule, typically between 8 AM and 8 PM, with weekend and holiday availability as needed. You'll report to a central hub before heading out into the field.

During your 4-day on-call shifts, you'll take a company tow truck home so you can respond quickly when needed. Because our trucks are part of a shared fleet, they're rotated between drivers-meaning you'll return the truck to the shop at the end of your rotation. For that reason, reliable transportation to and from the shop is required.

What We Need From You:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Dependable and committed to delivering great service
• Fluent in English
• Must live in Louisville, KY Area

Having customer-facing experience is a plus!
