Registered Nurse (RN) Breast Medical Oncology

Job Title

Inova Schar Cancer Institute's Fairfax location is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team in our breast cancer clinic.

Job Description

This role will be Full-Time day shift from Monday Friday. Our clinic is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends, no holidays, no call. Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available for qualified external applicants. This nurse will travel to our Inova Fair Oaks location on Mondays to support their provider's patient case-load.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
• Education: BSN or ADN - If ADN then complete BSN within 5 years of start date
• BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required
• RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others. Proficient computer skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oncology experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years RN experience
• Outpatient nursing experience
