Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients following established standards, the nursing process, and evidence-based practice

- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in providing high-acuity care in a fast-paced setting
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and escalate concerns promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety through adherence to protocols

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- ICU/critical care experience in a high-acuity environment preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and provide 36 hours of patient care per week
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety in a high-stakes unit
