Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, aligned with department objectives.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, collaborating with the care team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy for adult populations across acute rehab, neuro, ICU, and cardiovascular care pathways.
- Document patient progress and therapy interventions in the electronic health record; Epic experience is preferred and Cerner experience is a plus.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progression, and home exercise programs; participate in discharge planning and patient education.

Requirements
- Relevant clinical experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, and Cardiovascular settings
- Experience documenting in Epic; Cerner experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a hospital-based acute care environment
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in the specified location
- California Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility to practice in California
