Hirning Buick now has one opening in our Service Business Development Department.

This is a great time to enter the auto industry.

The BDC Representative is responsible for scheduling service appointments, cashiering customers, greeting customers, and assisting the writers as needed.

You must be an outgoing friendly person who enjoys helping customers!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
• Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly.
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
• Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
• Assist in generating reports and logs.

Requirements:

• Sales experience a plus.
• Call Center experience a plus.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Automotive Service experience a plus.
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills. You must be able to use good grammar in your written communications.
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
• Positive Attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel may qualify for additional hourly pay.
• Drive to succeed in customer expectations.
