This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and excellence in project support by overseeing coordination efforts, reinforcing administrative processes, and supporting both operational and corporate goals. This position bridges the gap between the administrative team and operations, providing guidance and driving standardization of practices. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Supervise a team of 2–6 Project Coordinators across multiple locations Serve as the key contact and support for the Profit Center Director; assist the Admin Manager in balancing workloads based on project complexity and staffing needs Lead regional PC meetings and support team communications and trainings Mentor and provide direct support to area PCs, promoting best practices and ongoing development Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; reinforce consistency across regionsProvide feedback on administrative workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements Champion standardization and ensure consistent execution of administrative processes across the region Maintain PC responsibilities on a project when necessary to stay connected to daily operations Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Admin and Operations to meet regional objectives WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to lead with professionalism and approachability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with construction project software platforms LET'S TALK THE PERKS!
