Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary from $257,025
• Educational/start bonus of $80,000
• Internal locums shifts available at $175-$225/hour

Candidate Requirements:
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Missouri license or eligibility
• OB anesthesia experience or strong interest preferred
• Ability to provide in-house OB anesthesia coverage
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a collaborative anesthesia model
• Interest in labor and delivery anesthesia and team-based patient care
