Respiratory Therapist

Role Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in an acute care setting, delivering respiratory treatments and pulmonary diagnostics. Responsibilities Administer oxygen, manage ventilators, perform diagnostics (ABGs, PFTs), implement care plans, respond to emergencies, document in EMR, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. May serve as Lead RCP. Qualifications State RCP license, current BCLS, NBRC RRT certification, and ACLS/PALS certifications. Preferred: 2+ years experience, associate or bachelor’s degree, NRP certification. High school diploma required. Skills Critical care expertise, patient assessment, documentation, teamwork, and emergency response.
