Schedule 3x12 hour Night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), with 2 weekends on and 1 weekend off. Job Description We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with neonatal experience to provide respiratory care in a critical care environment. The RRT will be responsible for delivering a variety of respiratory therapy services to a diverse patient population, including neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. All staff are expected to work across ER, floors, and ICU. ResponsibilitiesAdminister respiratory therapy treatments according to established protocols. Monitor and interpret patients' respiratory status and physiological responses. Perform emergency procedures, including intubation assistance and extubation. Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and alarms. Educate patients and families about respiratory care and management. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of experience as an RRT. Required certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP. Neonatal experience required.
