Program Manager - Enterprise Planning & Delivery

Manage and deliver enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Translate findings into actionable recommendations Develop high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders Ensure timely and effective execution Build relationships across business, technology, and operations teams Enable collaboration and problem-solving Adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity Report directly to the Sr. Manager, Program & Planning Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related fields Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and pivot tables Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive insights Financial literacy and ability to work with financial data Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven executive presence Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, results-oriented mindset Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics Must work in the office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing enterprise-level projects and programs, with a strong focus on data analysis, financial literacy, and effective communication.
