Work in partnership with the Instructional Coach to integrate academic and artistic learning in authentic, student‑centered ways. Guide the responsible use of AI and emerging technologies within BAA’s learning design model across both arts and academic disciplines, supporting interdisciplinary instruction, creative problem‑solving, and the intentional breaking down of silos between departments. Coordinate with chairs of arts departments to design, support, and uphold equitable audition and portfolio review processes. Supervise creative marketing, communications, and storytelling functions. Ensure coherence between BAA’s internal culture and values and the school’s public‑facing message. Partnerships, Pathways & External Relations Cultivate partnerships with arts organizations, cultural institutions, higher education partners, and the BPS Arts Office. Collaborate with the Pathways Coordinator to develop partnerships that advance college and career pathways, particularly in CTE, dual enrollment, internships, and work‑based learning in the arts. Expand artist residencies and real‑world learning experiences aligned to creative pathways. Represent BAA as an arts and innovation leader when appropriate.
