Commercial Finance Associate (Atlanta)

Our client’s Commercial Finance team advises clients across a wide range of secured financing transactions. The practice encompasses sophisticated and complex matters, including syndicated lending transactions, leveraged acquisitions, and mezzanine and second lien structured lending. Associates work closely with experienced practitioners and regularly collaborate with the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in connection with acquisition financings and other strategic transactions. This role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in structuring, negotiating, and closing high-level financing matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with commercial lending transactions, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple matters simultaneously.
