Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician (IV Clean Room)

Location: New Hyde Park, NY 11040 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts based on workload (8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:30 AM–7:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $24.45/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-time (40+ hours/week)

A-Line Staffing is now hiring an  IV Clean Room Pharmacy Technician in  New Hyde Park, NY . This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organization with long-term potential based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Compound sterile IV medications in a clean room environment
• Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Enter prescription/billing information into computer systems to support reimbursement
• Prepackage medications in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines
• Assist with final prescription verification workflows (supporting pharmacist checks)
• Support accurate, timely delivery preparation to customers
• Help maintain strong inventory practices (receiving, rotating stock, tracking lot/expiration)
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant work environment (equipment checks, calibration, sanitation)

Requirements

• New York State Registered Pharmacy Technician (required)
• Sterile IV compounding / clean room experience (required for consideration)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Able to work in a regulated sterile compounding environment
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
