We want you to view your time at Westfall as an investment to your future.We are currently seeking a CNC Turning Operator, with the below qualifications:2nd Shift: Monday- Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pmProfessional AttributesRun/Operate the CNC latheCoordinate/review all inspection of finished blocks internally (In-Machine) and with quality department as neededProblem solving for all turning related tasks as neededAll turning paperwork organized at program completionMaintain and advise lead of all needed repairs on the machineryEnsure all scheduled operations/tasks are completeWork to the department workload scheduleUpdate the schedule as tasks are completed or their status changedMark as ready for the next operation in the next department if applicableMake suggestions for equipment, software, training, and resources that would make the department more efficientResponsible for Department Housekeeping, Cleanliness, and Organization as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalency requiredTechnical degree preferred but not requiredGeneral machining experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude requiredOrganizational abilities for work, self, and departmentProven ability to work in a team environmentEffective communication skills both written and verbalAbility to operate all equipment in the department.What You'll Love About Us:Salary: $ 21.00 - $25.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential (Based on education and experience)11 Paid Holidays, Sick Pay, Vacation Pay401K, Plus Employer MatchMedical, Dental, Vision, Company Sponsored Life and AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, and More…We are committed to creating a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
