What you'll do Work alongside senior software engineers to develop new features and enhancements in our platform services space. Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements. Complete complex projects and stories with a solid understanding of the codebase. Research, define, and implement best practices, standards, and new technologies. Contribute to selecting the appropriate software development approach for projects. Build unit tests and automation test suites to ensure high quality. Collaborate with the scrum team during sprint planning and daily standups; share accomplishments in sprint reviews. Provide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectives. Work with Enterprise Architects to design our services. What you'll bring 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, ideally in a SaaS or microservice-based system. Experience with our technology stack: .NET, C#, SQL, React or Angular, and cloud services (AWS preferred). Knowledge of Node, NoSQL, Redis, Playwright or Selenium is desirable. Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software. Experience in developing enterprise software that meets security, accessibility, and user experience standards. A passion for problem solving and innovation with a desire to learn and grow.
