Junior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil/Structural Engineer who is passionate about design, problem-solving, and hands‑on project involvement. The ideal candidate will work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the firm’s continued success through technical excellence, strong communication, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects including concrete, steel, and masonry structures. Conduct field inspections and structural assessments. Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and construction documents. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure design accuracy and constructability. Utilize structural engineering software (RAM, ETABS, or equivalent) to model and analyze structures. Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and quality control. Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). 2+ years of experience in structural engineering design and inspection. Proficiency in design of cast-in-place, prestressed, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, and reinforced masonry structures. Experience with RAM, ETABS, and Revit Structure preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one. Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
