In this role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, monitor health conditions, and offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in helping patients thrive in the comfort of their own homes.Key Responsibilities:Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.Qualifications:Current and valid New York State RN license.CPR certification (required).Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred).Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.Shift Details:Flexible scheduling available to accommodate your needs.Hourly morning and evening shifts.Hourly shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.Why Join Us?NYS License Home Care Service Agency.Flexible work hours and shift options.Supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Base Pay Rate: $65 per hourEducation:Associates or better in Nursing.
