About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, managing key client relationships, and maintaining a strong record of revenue generation. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in relationship management, account management, or portfolio management within a corporate or similar segmented banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of Center of Influences (COI) and a proven track record in sales performance. Key responsibilities include leading the structuring of high-value, complex deals, overseeing credit approvals, driving pricing coordination, and managing a high-value client portfolio to ensure cross-selling, retention, and profitability. Applicants for the Vice President, Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a background in business administration, finance, or accounting. Advanced proficiency in project management, change management, product knowledge, regulatory compliance, structuring deals, portfolio management, credit risk assessment, customer service, stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer relationship building is essential. The role demands a professional who can operate at a group/enterprise-wide level, engage with senior leadership, and drive strategic decision-making.
