Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage customer payments.
• Prepare simple food items as needed, following food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage customer orders efficiently using food service customer order management systems; ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely when assisting with food preparation or service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments and giving correct change.
• Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment through excellent customer service, serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. Qualifications
• Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong food handling knowledge along with understanding of food safety management practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or serving is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards.
• Food preparation skills or culinary experience are beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
