Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Full-time Great Work/life Balance and Flexibility of hours Location: Apple Valley, MN, Seasons at Apple Valley Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings Rates: 37.00 an hour - 46.00 an hour

Qualifications:

Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice. Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.
