Real Estate Buyers Salesperson

We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget. Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads. Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results. Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience. Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market. Qualifications Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car. Great communication and interpersonal skills. 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Consistent record of real estate success. Willingness to commit time to become the best agent possible. Ability to be held accountable and follow up with all leads. Cell phone and laptop computer are needed. Effective communication skills. Self‑motivated. Full‑time real estate agents must be able to work 40+ hours a week. Utilize and maintain your CRM. Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients. Ability to work in a team atmosphere. Be coachable. Be accountable.
