Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled RN in the Operating Room!

Job Description:


- Join our dynamic team as an Operating Room Nurse and make a difference in patient care!
- Utilize your specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Deliver high-quality nursing services in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
- Provide compassionate care appropriate for the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.


- Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent General Operating Room experience (REQUIRED).
- Proficiency in GYN, bariatrics, vascular, ortho, neuro, and plastics (REQUIRED).
- COVID vaccination is mandatory (DECLINATIONS NOT ACCEPTED, STATE RECORD REQUIRED).
- Previous travel experience is essential (REQUIRED).
- Must be flexible and willing to work the facility's schedule (candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be considered).


- Documentation Needed:
- GBMC cover page (we will provide if needed).
- Resume with clear explanations for any gaps over 30 days.
- 1 supervisory reference from the last 6 months (DOCUMENT REQUIRED).
- 1 supervisory reference from the last 12 months (DOCUMENT REQUIRED).
- Skills checklist specific to Operating Room discipline (DOCUMENT REQUIRED).
- RN license with verification less than 30 days old (DOCUMENT REQUIRED).
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification (DOCUMENT REQUIRED).
- COVID vaccination documentation (DECLINATIONS NOT ACCEPTED, DOCUMENT REQUIRED).

- Shifts:
- 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- On-call schedule to be determined by facility.
- Weekend schedule to be determined by facility.
