Duration: Direct Hire

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000

Must Haves

• 2+ years of administrative, project support, coordination, office management, or construction support experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Experience performing material takeoffs and understanding ceilings scope of work
• Construction background through field experience or formal education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong PDF management and document control skills
• Construction Management degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Day to Day Responsibilities Insight Global is currently seeking a Project Assistant to join a client in the construction industry. This individual will support commercial ceilings projects by assisting Project Managers and field teams with project coordination, documentation, and administrative functions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing blueprints and construction drawings, completing material takeoffs, maintaining project records, and managing RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation. The Project Assistant will ensure the ceilings scope is accurately tracked and communicated between office and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret plans and specifications, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. The ideal candidate will leverage tools such as Autodesk, ACC, Bluebeam, and Procore to support project execution and maintain accurate project information.
