AFZEEE LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to join our team in San Jacinto, CA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the residential facility or household
• Supervise, schedule, and support staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for all residents or occupants
• Coordinate resident activities, appointments, and household logistics
• Monitor and manage household supplies and inventory
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and external service providers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in house management, residential care, or a related supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced residential setting
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and residential operations
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus
