Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

• Perform oil change services on cars, SUVs, vans, and trucks
• Inspect steering, suspension, brakes, exhaust, fluids, tires, and filters
• Maintain a clean shop environment
• Attend training as assigned
• Work with a shop mentor on his or her training and development plan
• Attain quarterly learning goals
• An Automotive Technician should be able to:
• Properly and safely set vehicles on lifts
• Perform an oil change
• Rotate tires
• Mount and balance tires
• Test and replace batteries and alternators
• Service/replace brakes, exhaust, suspension and steering components
• Perform wheel alignments

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Courteous and professional attitude towards employees, clients, and partners
• Willingness to stay up to date and receive training on latest technologies
• Clean driving record
