Replenishment Ambassador

Job Overview Process merchandise for sale at retail store. Pick and pack orders for delivery to retail store. Maintain and support quality service by following standards and procedures. Responsibilities Accurately pick items from storage bins in accordance with pick list. Pack items safely in boxes, preventing damage, breakage or loss, and observe temperature or other safety requirements for fragile products. Accurately invoice in computer all products being shipped. Place orders in delivery pick-up area for current and next day deliveries. Ride along to replenish retail sales floor. Clean and organize storage areas. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Basic high school math level skills. Basic computer and keyboarding skills. Previous warehouse experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively without accommodation. Must pass a credit check, drug screen, and criminal background check. Must work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. Self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised, make routine decisions and solve routine problems effectively. Ability to learn and become skilled at material handling operations, methods and practices. Excellent memory skills to memorize product storage, packing requirements and special order merchandise. Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build cooperative relationships with employees and the warehouse team. Capability to deliver effective customer service with delivery vendors. Legible and accurate writing. Additional Details Pay Range: $35,902 – $41,031 USD (base pay may vary). Location: Orlando, United States. Travel required: 0% – 25%. Relocation: Not provided.
