JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TO-GO OPERATIONS LEADER! As a To-Go Operations Leader, you will play a vital role in providing our guests with the convenience and accuracy they expect when placing a to-go order. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring timely and precise delivery of all to-go orders Assembling food and beverage orders with care Delivering orders to guests for easy curbside pickup Managing financial transactions efficiently In this position, you will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Restaurant Manager. You'll be responsible for greeting guests and delivery drivers with a friendly attitude, assisting with order packaging, receiving payments, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will address any guest concerns promptly. Essential Functions: Able to lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs. Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, wiping, lifting, and grasping Good mobility to move and operate within the work area Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of your shift Ability to hear well in a loud environment to respond to team and guest needs Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) Compliance with all health and safety regulations regarding food handling Able to differentiate between monetary denominations Proficient in operating the point of sale system Ability to work around potentially hazardous chemicals Position Qualifications: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Successful completion of all required training and tests for the role Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to maintaining uniform and grooming standards Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Exceptional guest service skills Dependable with the ability to learn tasks and follow directions Valuing diversity and exhibiting respect for all individuals To-Go Operations Leader Requirements: High school diploma preferred, along with relevant experience Further training may be necessary Reliable, friendly, and punctual Strong communication abilities Physically capable of standing for long periods Willing to work irregular hours, including day and night shifts Enjoy working with people and providing exceptional service Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for approximately 85%-95% of your shift, lift and carry between 10-65 lbs, and operate restaurant equipment effectively.
