About the Role The Sealing Shift Supervisor oversees the operation of the meal-sealing process during assigned shifts, ensuring that all food products are sealed accurately, safely, and efficiently in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is responsible for supervising the sealing team, maintaining equipment, coordinating with adjacent teams, and reporting shift outcomes. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Quality Control: Machine Operation & Maintenance: Shift Coordination: Documentation & Reporting: Safety & Compliance: Qualifications Previous experience operating or supervising food packaging/sealing equipment (preferred but not required). Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and elevate technical issues appropriately. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
