Store Lead Mud Bay's Store Leads are the backbone of Mud Bay. They are empowering, responsible, and committed to growing and helping others develop within Mud Bay. Range of Pay: $22.79 to $26.21 per hour Hours Per Week: 32 GFE Responsibilities Provides a happy, educational, and fun experience for all who visit our stores Thrives in a retail environment and will engage dog and cat owners in conversation, connect with them on a personal level, and help them find solutions to fulfill the needs of their animals, while ensuring that staff members are doing the same Contributes to sales growth by providing complete, holistic solutions that promote long-term health for dogs and cats Performs transactions at the point of sale, cash handling and other financial procedures accurately and efficiently Makes decisions based on good judgment and Mud Bay's mission and values Enjoys learning and wants to learn continuously about animal health and nutrition and leadership.
