Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Professional at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will greet visitors, manage access activity, and support day-to-day security-related operations with professionalism and care. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. In this customer-facing role, you will help create a welcoming environment through strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities at the front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate front desk logs and reports related to security-related events.
• Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts, employees, drivers, vendors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Support security-related operations within a logistics and distribution location by screening arrivals, directing foot traffic, answering incoming calls, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing front desk activity, following post orders, and escalating concerns according to site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
