If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!Impact of the RoleRequires basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational processWorks within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelinesWorks with close supervisionPerforms manual tasks according to established proceduresEssential FunctionsDefine and specify activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for materials, components, or products.Build and maintain the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products.Identifies and addresses any issues with equipment performance.Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards.Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goodsConducts tests on materials or samples to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.Required QualificationsRequired education and experience: Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 1-2 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or ExperiencePreferred QualificationsPreferred education and experience: Associate's DegreeDiscipline/Major: Quality or related degree preferredKnowledge, skills & abilities: Technical expertise. Ability to identify and seek needed information. Research skills.
