Licensed Wax Specialist - Sales & Skincare Expert (Alameda)

European Wax Center is looking for Licensed Wax Specialists to deliver quality waxing services and drive sales. The position is located at 2224 S Shore Center, Alameda, CA 94501 and offers hourly wages of $17.85 to $18.50, with opportunities for tips and sales bonuses. Roles and Responsibilities Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®. Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations. Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals. Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Work evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required). Passion for skincare and talent for upselling and cross-selling. Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs. Goal-oriented mindset and desire to grow income. Ability to educate guests on care solutions. Strong marketing and book-building skills.
